Coaching
Coaching (sidebar → Coaching) connects you with a real human tutor — for when AI feedback isn't enough and you want a person who knows your world.

Two kinds of coaching
- English for Your Field — coaching from an expert who actually does your job (e.g. a doctor, nurse, engineer, scientist, or lawyer), so the English is grounded in your real context.
- Admissions Mentorship — mentorship from someone who's been through the admissions process you're aiming at — the insider knowledge, not just the language.
How it works
- From the coaching hub, open English for Your Field or Admissions Mentorship to read what's involved.
- Request coaching by filling in a short form about your field/goal, level, and availability.
- Your request is received and matched to a suitable coach. While you wait, the hub shows your request as pending.
- When you're matched, the coach appears on your coaching hub and you can book a session and message them.
- Join your session at the scheduled time, and message back and forth before/after to coordinate.
Good to know
- Coaching is about an ongoing relationship, not a one-off. For a single piece of feedback on one exam, the expert review on a Writing/Speaking submission may be all you need.
- Your matches and their status always live on the coaching hub, and updates also show up in Messages / notifications.
Be specific in your request
The more concretely you describe your goal ("present cases to colleagues in English", "get into a UK master's in public health"), the better the match and the more useful the sessions.
