What is Prep Roadrunner?

Prep Roadrunner is an AI-powered IELTS preparation platform you use in your web browser. It's built around one idea: you improve fastest when you practise under realistic conditions and get fast, specific feedback.

The platform has four pillars:

Mock Exams​

Full, timed simulations of the real IELTS test — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking — in both Academic and General Training tracks. Listening and Reading are marked instantly; Writing and Speaking are marked by AI against the official band-score criteria, with a detailed breakdown. See Mock Exams.

Practice Dojo​

A set of short, replayable games that each train one instinct — reading at speed, thinking on your feet, holding an argument, matching tone in writing. They're low-stakes and built for daily reps. See Practice Dojo.

Study Tools​

Who it's for​

Anyone preparing for IELTS — whether you're aiming for university admission (Academic) or work and migration (General Training). You set your target band and test date during onboarding, and the app shapes itself around that goal.

What you need​

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari recommended — pronunciation and speaking features rely on browser audio APIs that work best there).
  • A Google account to sign in.
  • A microphone for Speaking exams and any of the speaking-based Dojo games.
